Warwickshire Safeguarding Training Board (WSCB) Multi-Agency Training Programme for 2018 – 2019
WSCB have recently added new training dates to our safeguarding training programme for multi-agency practitioners across Warwickshire.
The WSCB Multi-Agency Training Directory details the current training courses which are available to professionals, supporting and encouraging a culture of continuous learning and improvement. The training directory offers a programme of multi-agency targeted and specialist safeguarding courses which are developed using learning from local and national reviews, research, quality assurance activity by WSCB, local policies and procedures.
The training programme for 2018-2019 will be further enhanced with the addition of two new courses which are expected to be launched in the coming months, the new training directory soon to be published will include further details.
We have just added new training to dates to four of our current core training courses, which are now available for booking:
1. Working Together to Achieve Effective Referrals (half day – 3.5 hours, targeted training)
2. Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE) – Responsibilities, Reporting and Responding to CSE (1 day – 7 hours, targeted training)
3. Workshop – Learning from Serious Case Reviews (half day – 3 hours, targeted training)
Further dates will be added to other existing WSCB training courses over the coming weeks.
